About Us |
| As a Property
Manager in the New Orleans area, I understand just how difficult it
can be to find and keep good tenants. What is even harder is to find
good labor, painters, carpenters, appliance repairmen and most importantly
a plumber who does not cost your first borne.
What can I do for you that you are not doing already or have already tried? You already manage your own property and have been for several years. You may have even tried a using a few leasing agents or the services of a large Property Management Company that has lots of exposure. Unlike the large companies, I manage and lease every apartment myself; I am not just looking for that one time commission. I am looking for a long-term business relationship both with you and your tenants. I do my level best to find only the best qualified people who can afford to live in your apartments but also those who will take of it .It does not do anyone any good to have a constant turn oven and a cash flow that is not in your favor. Unlike other Real Estate firms, I learned from my past experiences with sue happy attorneys. So I placed a Binding Arbitration clause in my lease. What does that mean to you? Simply stated, You cannot be forced into a courtroom. If a tenant or one of their guest’s slips and falls and it’s no ones fault and it is on your property, they must arbitrate. If your tired of having to lease out your units every time
one goes vacant, if your ready for a change but you do not want to
be a lost client of a large Real Estate Firm and if you want to deal
with only one person And if your asking yourself “How did this person find out I owned property in New Orleans and How did he find out my address?” The answer is simple; I’m resourceful. I can and do get more work done before 10 am then most management companies do in a week. Also, I love what I do and second best is not good enough for anyone to accept.
